You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Email info@thedadcenter.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll process the request.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, tasks, mood check-ins, tracker logs, budget selections, checklists, feedback, newsletter entries, device tokens and all other personal data within 30 days. If you own a family with a partner, ownership passes to them. A web subscription is cancelled and your Stripe customer record is deleted; Stripe, Apple and Google keep transaction records where required for legal or accounting compliance. Error reports expire within 90 days.
Subscriptions bought in the app are managed through your app store: cancel via Google Play or the App Store subscription settings before you delete. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.
